Chapter 1

Introduction

GFX-OVER Control Panel is the app that allows you to create and manage real-time graphics for the live television and streaming broadcast of your match: player names, substitutions, results, formations, sponsors, and much more. With just a few taps, you can broadcast professional information, always consistent with your team's colors and data.

What you can do with this app

  • Enter match information (teams, date, location, competition)
  • Create animated graphics for the broadcast: player presentations, substitutions, results, lineups
  • Customize the graphic theme colors according to your teams
  • Manage a sequence of sponsor logos
  • Send free text messages during the live broadcast

๐Ÿ“– How this manual is organized

Each section corresponds to a screen in the app and follows the order in which you would normally use it: first the match configuration (Start), then the creation of graphics (Graphics), and finally the management of the order of play and the account.

Every function is accompanied by a screenshot of the app, so you can recognize it immediately on your screen.

Chapter 3

Main Navigation

Once logged in, the app features a bottom navigation bar, always visible, allowing you to move between the four main sections.

SectionNamePurpose
๐Ÿšฉ StartMatch ConfigurationSet teams, lineups, colors, and event data. This is the first step to take before every match.
๐ŸŽ›๏ธ GraphicsBroadcast GraphicsCreate and send all graphics live: presentations, substitutions, results, formations, sponsors, and free text.
๐Ÿ“‹ Order of PlayOrder of PlayView and manage the sequence of saved graphics for the live broadcast.
๐Ÿ‘ค AccountUser ProfileCheck your account data, subscription plan, log out, and access other administrative functions.

At the top of each screen, the OUTPUT box is present: it shows in real time what is being transmitted to the external OUTPUT page (web source), along with the connection status (Connected / Disconnected).

A small icon in the top right corner allows you to hide/show this box to have more space on the display.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip

Keep an eye on the connection status at the top: if it is "Disconnected", the sent graphics might not reach the output. Verify the device's network connection before going on air.

Chapter 4

Start - Match Configuration

The Start screen is the starting point: here you prepare all the information that will then be automatically used by the graphics.

Match Configurator Screen
Screen

Match Configurator

The starting point for every match

In this screen, you will find four main areas, each openable via the "Edit" button:

  • Lineup HOME โ€” home team formulation
  • Lineup AWAY โ€” away team formulation
  • Match Info โ€” general match data
  • Colors โ€” graphic theme colors
๐Ÿ’ก Why it is important

The data entered here is automatically recalled by the graphics (for example, with the "Insert Data" buttons), saving time and reducing errors during the live broadcast. Always configure this section before starting to create graphics.

4.1 Match Info

  • Competition โ€” name of the competition (e.g., "Serie A", "Champions League")
  • Matchday โ€” matchday or tournament phase (e.g., "10th MATCHDAY")
  • Date โ€” date and time of the match
  • Location โ€” event venue (e.g., stadium or arena name)
  • Shirt Colors โ€” jersey colors for the Home and Away teams

When finished, press "Save" in the top right corner to save the changes.

4.2 Lineup Home and Lineup Away

  • TeamName โ€” team name
  • Team Logo โ€” image uploadable from your smartphone
  • TextA / TextA-Name โ€” role and name (e.g., Head Coach)
  • TextB / TextB-Name โ€” role and name (e.g., Assistant Coach)
  • TextC / TextC-Name โ€” role and name (e.g., Manager)
  • Players โ€” list of players with jersey number and name

The eye icon next to each player allows you to show or exclude them from the formation.

When proceeding with the insertion of images (e.g., "Sponsor" and "Team Logos"), the specific tool opens. It allows users to create and delete yellow folders to best organize the categories of images that will be loaded inside them.

The green folders already present are those made available by the administrator with the images necessary for Default settings.

โš ๏ธ Important

Remember to press "Save" in the top right corner after entering or modifying formation data.

Features

  • Real-time preview โ€” Note: in the "Result" graphic every modification to fields reflects immediately

Connecting the output to OBS or to another device

1
Go to the Account section

Press "Send Output Path via Email", or request the link from the administrator

2
